Pandemic restrictions in 2020 required the rapid launch of the online store, business process changes, brand adaptation to the new environment and advertising setup.
We used the philosophy of lean production: identified only useful actions for the launch phase. This allowed us to launch the website with the updated brand and identity in 2 months.

The easier it is to find a product on the site, the more likely will buy it. We chose popular categories of products and displayed them on the main page. Now it's faster and easier for shoppers to find the products they want. And to make purchases.
We made selling process in the mobile version easier and faster. Smartphone users can add items to cart and favorites directly from the catalog. It became more convenient to make orders and add goods to the wish list.
We did brand research and found out the old logo was a copy of a well-known tableware manufacturer on the market. In the eyes of consumers, it looked like a replica of a big brand. It didn’t play into the company's reputation. We put together a new identity and rebuilt the logo to improve cultural fit between the customer and the company.
