Queen of Bohemia is a retail network of original tableware made of bohemian glass, crystal, and porcelain. The store has been selling our mothers' and grandmothers' favorite tableware since 1993.

Problem

Pandemic restrictions in 2020 required the rapid launch of the online store, business process changes, brand adaptation to the new environment and advertising setup.

Solution

We used the philosophy of lean production: identified only useful actions for the launch phase. This allowed us to launch the website with the updated brand and identity in 2 months.

Improved cultural fit between customers and the brand with new identity.

We did brand research and found out the old logo was a copy of a well-known tableware manufacturer on the market. In the eyes of consumers, it looked like a replica of a big brand. It didn’t play into the company's reputation. We put together a new identity and rebuilt the logo to improve cultural fit between the customer and the company.
