The client only had the idea for the app. We had to test the idea, develop use cases, a monetization system, and assemble it into a prototype to find an investor.
We collected data about users and interviewed a number of people. We found out the current analogues on the market, identifying uncovered needs. Once we found a unique offer, we designed a system where a person would feel comfortable to try the app and it made sense to stay in it for a long time.

The client wanted to launch an app with many features at once. To launch the product as quickly as possible, we conducted a competitive analysis and found out what consumer needs the app should satisfy first. After that we created a work plan. We thought how the application would develop after the launch and found a way to monetize it.
