About the Startup

The client had a vision for a hiking service that would help hikers plan their routes according to different factors such as difficulty level and activity preferences. They approached us to help bring their idea a shape.

Task

Our task was to design a service that would help hikers build routes based on various factors and offer recommendations for unloading the route or adding more activity. The client also wanted to find investors for their startup, so we needed to project the payback period of the product to reassure them about the profitability of their idea.

Solution

To achieve our goal, we conducted extensive research and found that there were no direct competitors on the market. We also collected data about users and interviewed a number of people to understand their needs and preferences. We then designed a system that was easy for users to navigate and engage with.

To help the client find investors, we offered to design a landing page with a description and demonstration of the service's functions and upcoming features. This and research data should help to generate interest in the startup and reassure potential investors about its potential profitability.

After receiving all layouts the client continued to work on the product himself with his team.
